Our adaptive approach ensures solutions evolve at the pace of shifting challenges, keeping our customers ahead of the curve.Role Overview: The Human Resources Generalist will support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to employee relations and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of proven experience in HR operations and a solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices. This role requires a high level of discretion, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively across departmentsKey Responsibilities: Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientations and exit interviews.Maintain employee records in HRIS and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.Assist in benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and employee inquiries.Address employee questions and concerns regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.Provide guidance on employment law, company policies, and best practices to managers and employees.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Participate in workplace investigations and help resolve employee relations issues.Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Generate reports and analyze HR metrics as needed.Supports ad hoc HR projects.Supports and/or plans for employee engagement events. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3 to 5 years of progressive experience in a human resources role.Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Preferred Qualifications:High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.FLSA Classifications: ExemptType: Full TimeBusiness Hours: Core business hours, Monday – Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pmSalary Range: $70k to 75k a yearReports to: Dual Report to Company President & VP of Human ResourcesBase Location: Riverside, CATravel:  NoneYour actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
