HR Generalist Job Duties
· Assist with recruiting, interviewing and hiring.
· Facilitate employment onboarding and orientation.
· Handling employee relations, including conflict resolution.
· Ensure compliance with OSHA rules and regulations, Federal and State labor laws and employment standards.
· Assist with preparation, updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting and terminating
· Implement training and development plans
· Manage and resolve employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations.
· Manage employee benefits programs.
Assist with handling of worker's comp claims;
· Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files.
· Review and monitor compliance with wage and hour policies.
· Supports company vision and mission.
· Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
· College degree preferred or a minimum of five (5) years of experience in HR with increasing levels of administrative support.
· Maintain effective working relationships with management, employees, supervisors, and other departments.
· Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities without close supervision.
· Must be a self-starter with ability to think ahead.
· Excellent written and communications skills
· Outstanding administrative and organizational skills with ability to balance rapidly shifting priorities.
· Proficiency in the use and application of MS Office.
· Bi-lingual required (Spanish & English) read and write.

Assist with recruiting, conducting training, evaluations, disciplinary forms, maintain employee records, maintain wage & hour policies, assist with Worker's comp claims, other office administrative duties, other HR responsibilities as needed, maintaining attendance records.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $87,500.00 per year
