We're Hiring: Client Services Coordinator | Canopy 360 Wealth | Ocala, FL

At Canopy 360 Wealth, we're a boutique wealth management firm serving business owners
and high-net-worth families. We're a small, close-knit team of seven, and we're adding a Client
Services Coordinator who will be the operational heartbeat of our client experience.
This role is built for someone who:

What you'll own:
• Client scheduling and calendar coordination for our advisory team
• Triage and resolution of incoming client service requests
• CRM management — records, workflows, activity tracking
• Account paperwork and custodian operations
• Client onboarding and offboarding coordination
• Cash request processing and distribution coordination
• Cross-team operational support alongside our Operations Manager
