At Canopy 360 Wealth, we're a boutique wealth management firm serving business owners and high-net-worth families. We manage employer retirement plans for a growing number of clients, and we're adding a dedicated 401(k) Plan Services Specialist to own that work end-to-end.
This role is built for someone who:

✔ Can translate technical retirement plan details into clear, confident communication

What you'll own:
• Full lifecycle coordination of employer 401(k) plans — onboarding through termination
• Serving as the operational liaison between plan sponsors, TPAs, and recordkeepers
• Annual administration support — census tracking, deadline management, and end-to-end communication coordination with plan sponsors and TPAs throughout each plan’s annual cycle.
• Enrollment meeting coordination and primary point of contact for plan participants
• Plan offboarding and termination support – communication and document coordination with plan sponsors, TPAs and Recordkeepers.
• CRM management — maintaining accurate plan records, workflows, and activity logs
• Cross-team coordination with our Advisory and Business Development teams

Some working knowledge of qualified retirement plan processes is preferred. Series 65 license is not required at hire — we'll invest in getting you there.
