- Salary: $90,000 – $100,000
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of workers’ compensation adjusters to ensure high-quality claim handling and performance. (4-6 adjusters.)
- Oversee claim exposure analysis and resolution strategies across the team’s caseload.
- Ensure consistent communication with clients, claimants, and stakeholders to drive efficient outcomes.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with client expectations, internal best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and maintain accurate, timely claim documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operations of a workers’ compensation claims team handling lost time, indemnity, and litigated files
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to adjusters
- Conduct file reviews and audits to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance
- Partner with leadership and clients to improve claims strategies and service delivery
- Manage team workloads, productivity, and service level expectations
- Assist with complex or escalated claims as needed
Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma
- 5 years of workers’ compensation claims experience
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience within claims
- Strong experience handling Colorado workers’ compensation claims
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Strong understanding of industry standards, compliance, and claims best practices
- Proficiency with claims management systems and standard business software
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree
