You will contribute to flagship global programs, drive innovation, and help elevate the experience of every colleague, every day.Key Responsibilities:Lead, scope, and deliver a portfolio of People Experience (PE) projects and programs, including initiatives that support well-being, engagement, and the future of work.Project manage the People Experience strategic action plan, tracking dependencies, escalating risks, and driving accountability.Support strategic communications and engagement plans for PE initiatives, tailoring messages for diverse audiences and seniority levels.Embed and grow our learning and development programs on culture, including managing a community of Culture Champions.Operationalize and improve backend systems and processes to support the People Experience function.Redesign and manage internal communication pages, ensuring clear, up-to-date information on PE programs and initiatives.Embed People Experience philosophy into firm-wide processes such as performance management and feedback.Develop toolkits, presentations, surveys, and KPIs to enhance engagement and measure program impact.Partner with regional teams to provide actionable insights and translate culture concepts into clear recommendations.Carry out additional tasks to ensure effective delivery and development of the People Experience function.Skills & Attributes:Self-starter with a strong ownership mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity.Adaptable, flexible, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Collaborative, able to build relationships across teams, regions, and functions; strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.Skilled in managing multiple strategic projects, identifying risks, and resolving issues proactively.Critical thinker with creative, people-centric problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentations for senior leaders.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to quality control, monitoring, and measurement.Champion of service excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation.Experience Required:Minimum of five years' experience in a corporate environment, ideally professional services.Proven advanced project and program management experience, including delivering multiple complex projects simultaneously and tracking KPIs.Experience launching and managing projects from inception to delivery.Technical Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting, communications, and presentations.Skilled in building dashboards, reports, and visually compelling presentations.Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize work and increase efficiency.Strong commitment to fostering an inclusive, values-led culture.Working Conditions:May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.The ability to lift up to 30lbsUse of computers and technologyHere at Canon Recruiting, People are our priority, and we are committed to Include Diversity in every segment of who we are.
