Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager professional to join our business development team. This role will focus on growing client accounts within the telecommunications market. As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining long-term, trusting relationships with our customers, develop strong relationships, understand the customer needs, identify opportunities, and convert those opportunities into sales. This role requires a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, excellent sales acumen, and the ability to work independently.

As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining long-term, trusting relationships with our customers, develop strong relationships, understand the customer needs, identify opportunities, and convert those opportunities into sales. This role requires a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, excellent sales acumen, and the ability to work independently.
What You'll Do
The successful candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of customers.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key customers.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with the business development team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Present complex solutions and proposals to clients, demonstrating the value of our products.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution.
- Manage complex contract negotiations and work with legal counsel as required.
- Identify, evaluate and assess viability of new market opportunities.
- Develop a predictable pipeline of near term, mid, and long-term revenue.
- Provide presentations, demonstrations, and training to customers and partners.
- Expand revenue and profitability across both existing and new accounts.
- Reviews and develop sales leads.
- Meets or exceeds revenue and gross profit goals.
- Maintain and execute to monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual action plans, including conducting business reviews.
- Support trade shows and local events
- Additional duties may be assigned, as required.
- Must be willing to travel at least 25% to customer locations to maintain and improve customer relations.
The successful candidate will have experience in or knowledge of:
- Sales and/or business development in telecommunications, IT, computer networking, or related industry.
- A very good level of technical knowledge in wireless and wireline communication technologies.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Highly self-motivated, enthusiastic and sales results-oriented
It would be useful and advantageous for the candidate to have experience in or knowledge of:
- Candidate has experience working for a company that produces 4G/5G equipment.
The successful candidate must have:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing or Industry experience.
- Excellent communication skills, multiple-task management and time management
- Effective business development and negotiation skills required
- Must have a desire to learn new technologies.
- Must have a flexible schedule and be able to travel.

Salary : $75,545 - $94,500
