We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service Administrator to be the front line of our Service Department. This is a part-time role that involves greeting customers, answering calls, providing status updates, and keeping communication flowing smoothly between customers, Service Advisors, and Technicians. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and manage check-in for service appointments
- Answer and route incoming service calls; assist with general inquiries
- Provide customers with clear, timely updates on repair status and timelines
- Assist with service scheduling and calendar management
- Support Service Advisors and Technicians with light documentation and parts-tracking coordination
- Maintain organized service files, logs, and administrative systems
- Help ensure every customer has a smooth, professional experience from arrival to pickup
Qualifications
- Administrative or customer service experience required (dealership experience is a plus)
- Excellent phone presence and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and multitasking ability, especially when managing phone and in-person traffic at the same time
- Clear, customer-focused mindset with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency; experience with dealership scheduling or CRM systems a plus
