Deep experience with:
- VMware and Microsoft 365 (O365, Azure, Entra, Teams, OneDrive)

- Security and infrastructure operations
- PowerShell or automation experience
- Exposure to Nutanix is a plus
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and improve a mixed cloud/on-prem environment (~60% cloud / 40% on-prem)
- Lead infrastructure upgrades across VMware and Nutanix
- Help operationalize security and compliance initiatives
- Partner closely with a small, experienced IT team
- Stay actively involved in day-to-day engineering work
The ideal profile:
- 7–12 years of IT infrastructure experience
- Comes from a mid-sized environment (not overly siloed)
- Someone who wants to stay hands-on, not move into pure management
- Strong communicator who can work across technical and business teams
