Warehouse Assistant

Position: Warehouse/Procurement

Cannon Companies is looking for a qualified applicant to join our team as an entry level Warehouse position. This position will be based at our corporate office which is in Milton, Washington.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
• Track inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Organize materials for easy access and efficient storage.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
• Prepare and stage materials for delivery to construction sites.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Complete receiving, shipping, and inventory paperwork.
• Enter inventory data into warehouse management systems or spreadsheets.
• Communicate shortages, damaged goods, or delivery issues to supervisors.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to lift heavy materials (50 lbs.).
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift certification preferred but not required.
• Class A CDL preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Salary : $22 - $32
