Laborer – Asphalt & Concrete Restoration Are you a hard-working, safety-oriented team player ready to build a rewarding career in asphalt and concrete restoration? Training provided for motivated individuals! No experience required, but construction background is a plus!
What You'll Do:
- Assist with asphalt paving, patching, concrete work, and site restoration
- Operate small tools and equipment safely while learning from experienced Foreman and Leadman
- Help maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow all safety procedures and directions from Foreman and Leadman
- Load/unload materials and assist with traffic control as needed, and perform general labor tasks to keep projects moving efficiently
- Follow all safety procedures in our drug free, safety-first environment
Qualifications:
- Willingness to learn and work hard in a team environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic, and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Construction or labor experience a plus (but not required)
Additional Information: Entry-level position with strong growth opportunities into Leadman and Foreman roles
