Job Description:
We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team supporting commercial construction projects in malls, airports, and other high-traffic facilities. This position includes both overnight barricade installation work and warehouse panel cleaning, providing opportunities for both part-time and full-time hours.
As part of our team, you will help prepare, maintain, and install temporary construction barricades used during retail and commercial renovations. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Install and remove temporary construction barricades at malls, airports, and commercial locations.
- Load, unload, and move barricade materials.
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Clean and prepare barricade panels in a warehouse setting.
- Use acetone and cleaning materials to remove residue and prepare panels for reuse.
- Inspect panels for quality and ensure materials meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and project requirements.
Qualifications:
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts.
- Comfortable performing physical labor, including lifting and moving materials.
- Ability to work overnight hours for installation projects.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment for panel cleaning.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Construction, warehouse, or labor experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to work well with a team.
- Employee must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Schedule & Pay:
- $20–$25/hour Depending on Experience
- Part-time to full-time opportunities available
- 20–40 hours per week depending on project needs
- Overnight installation shifts available
- Warehouse panel cleaning shifts available
- Warehouse panel cleaning hours, and overnight hours may vary
Pay: $25.36 - $30.54 per hour
