We're looking for a Director of Operations who can drive performance, lead teams, and deliver complex projects across electrical, telecommunications, and power systems-especially within federal and government environments.

This isn't just another operations role-this is your chance to shape strategy, influence growth, and lead mission-critical work that connects communities and supports national infrastructure.

What You'll Own

  • Serve as a key point of contact for government agencies and stakeholders
  • Build and lead high-performing teams across project management and field operations
  • Implement systems and processes that improve efficiency, profitability, and performance
  • Oversee subcontractors and ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met
  • Identify risks early-and solve problems before they become problems

What You Bring

  • Strong background in electrical, telecom, or power projects
  • Proven success managing large, complex, multi-million-dollar projects

Federal Experience (Preferred but Valuable)
  • Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, Davis-Bacon, and government contracting
  • Experience working with agencies like DOD, VA, GSA, NAVFAC, or Army Corps

Leadership That Delivers
  • A leader who can motivate teams, drive accountability, and deliver results
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of the big picture
  • Strong communicator who can work across field teams, executives, and clients

Why You'll Want This Role
  • Make an Impact - Lead projects that power infrastructure and support critical operations
  • Grow Your Career - Step into a high-visibility leadership role with room to expand
  • Strong Compensation - Competitive salary performance-based bonuses
  • Great Team Culture - Work with people who value integrity, safety, and doing things right

What You Get
  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision
  • 401(k) with Company Match
