The Accounts Payable Specialist will manage Daily:
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Assist with: Preparation for Month End Closing & Reporting, Inventory Evaluation, Sales Reporting
Back up Customer Service team members during daily operations
Back up to team member for Daily Bank Deposits and ACH Deposits and various other accounting functions as needed.

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be communicating and working with, Vendors, Internal Customers, Sales, Service, Operations and Office Team Members.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Multi tasking, professionalism, courteous, detail oriented, strong listening and follow up skills
Software Knowledge: Quick Books, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Watertight, 10 Key, Minimum 80 Keystroke Words per minute
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to interpret results using Excel and/or other software
Assign Invoice Coding with General Ledger account codes for all invoices
Strong Customer Service Skills, with strong multi-tasking abilities
Demonstrate problem solving skills.
Ability to accept and implement feedback
Ability to achieve individual performance goals
Maintain a high level of professionalism and team work
