What You'll Do
Retail - Customer Experience
Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism
- Educate customers on cannabis products and help guide their purchases
- Handle questions and concerns with empathy and care
Maintain customer privacy and follow all compliance rules
Inventory - Product Maintenance and Compliance
Use our POS (Dutchie), Metrc, Excel, and Google Sheets to manage transactions and inventory
- Log transfers, intakes, and sales
- Follow CCC regulations and internal SOPs
- Keep our shelves stocked, support audits, and conduct product quality checks
What We're Looking For
- 21 years old (required by law)
- High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred
- Previous experience in compliance, inventory, retail, or cannabis industry preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable with technology (Google Workspace, Metrc, Excel, etc.)
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced, regulated environment
- Must pass a background check per state regulations
Physical Requirements
- Stand, walk, or sit for up to 8 hours
- Lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull carts up to 200 lbs
- Bend, kneel, crouch as needed
- Work in a cooler, enclosed vault space with no natural light
