Budtender/Receptionist

Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers while guiding them through their cannabis purchasing experience. Your expertise in cannabis products and your ability to connect with customers will help create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business.

Duties

• Assist customers in selecting cannabis products that meet their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information about various strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
• Maintain an organized and clean display of products while ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Process transactions accurately using a POS system and cash register.
• Handle cash and credit transactions with precision, ensuring proper cash handling practices.
• Engage with customers through effective phone etiquette, addressing inquiries and providing product information.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and changes in regulations to better serve customers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and maintain store operations.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Experience working in a grocery store or similar retail environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
• A passion for the cannabis industry and a commitment to providing excellent service.
