Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner.
- Educate customers on various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, and concentrates.
- Utilize POS systems for processing transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain a clean and organized display of merchandise through effective merchandising techniques.
- Stock shelves with new products and ensure inventory is up to date.
- Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and encourage sales.
- Upsell products by effectively communicating their benefits to customers.
- Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support.
- Maintain compliance with all local regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products.
Requirements
