What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Golf Attendant position at Canebrake Country Club?
Key Responsibilities of the Outside Golf Attendant:
- Works outside to assist with the overall upkeep of Canebrake Country Club, including the Cart Barn
- Retrieves bags and clubs in a timely manner
- Ensures that carts are available and clean on an ongoing basis
- May assist in the Pro Shop as necessary
- Provides proactive, sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning
- Assists in educating players regarding the game, if applicable
- Directs start of play when necessary
- Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs
- Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Performs other duties as required
