Position: VP of Sales Operations

Compensation: $200,000 – $220,000 Bonus
Our client is a fast-growing global events and media business looking for a VP of Sales Operations to drive effectiveness, scalability, and revenue growth across a high-performing portfolio of conferences in tradeshows across varying sectors. This is a high-impact role focused on optimizing sales performance across a global, multi-brand environment, working closely with senior stakeholders to implement best-in-class processes and deliver sustained growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving global sales performance across a 40-person sales organization
- Optimizing end-to-end sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Designing and implementing incentive and commission structures
- Leading sales training, coaching, and talent development programs
- Partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, HR, and senior leadership
- Driving sales discipline through CRM adoption, analytics, and reporting
- Supporting rebook strategy and long-term revenue growth initiatives
The business is on a strong growth trajectory, with ambitions to significantly scale revenue over the next three years, making this a critical role within the organization.
We are looking for someone with the following experience:
- 10 years in senior sales, sales operations, or performance leadership roles
- Proven experience driving revenue growth through sales optimization at scale
- Strong expertise in sales operations, CRM systems, analytics, and incentive design
- Experience leading in global, fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change without direct authority
