What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Night Auditor position at Candlewood Suites?

We are looking for a positive, friendly person to help give our travelers from all over the world a fantastic experience while they are in Springfield! Some of the job duties are:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Process reservations
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information
- Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls with proper phone etiquette
- Assist in resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during a guest's stay
***Requirements***
- 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Availability
- Previous experience in hospitality preferred, but willing to train the right person
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for reservations and guest services
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
