Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management functions. Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
  • Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, directing calls accurately and efficiently
  • Manage appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records and ensure accuracy
  • Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks, and maintaining office supplies
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email with excellent phone etiquette and clear communication
  • Assist with clerical duties including typing reports, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative projects

Experience

  • Prior office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with data entry, filing systems, proofing documents, and managing calendars effectively
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs
  • Familiarity with front desk operations in medical or dental settings is a plus
  • Knowledge of office management software such as QuickBooks or bookkeeping tools is advantageous
  • Strong customer service background with excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills
