Now Hiring: Part Time Front Desk Agent (3PM–11PM Shift)
Do you enjoy meeting new people, staying busy, and creating great experiences for others? We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team in Springfield!
As the face of our hotel during the evening shift, you’ll help travelers from all over the world feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy customer service, and take pride in creating positive guest experiences, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Answer phones and assist guests with questions, requests, and reservations
- Provide recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and services
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate guest records and protect confidential information
- Help create a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
What We’re Looking For
- Evening availability (3PM–11PM shift required)
- Positive attitude and strong people skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable using computers and learning hotel software systems
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Hospitality or customer service experience preferred, but we are happy to train the right person
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
