Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using property management systems (PMS)
• Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems, providing accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
• Manage reservations and modifications through hospitality reservation systems, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction
• Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies following hotel emergency procedures to resolve issues effectively
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest rooms are ready and meet quality standards
• Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, transactions, and shift reports to ensure seamless communication between shifts
• Uphold excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards while assisting guests with their needs in a friendly and professional manner

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment is highly preferred
• Proficiency with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms used in hotel management
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with diverse guests
• Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and guest relations best practices is desirable
• Experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling complex client communication situations enhances your candidacy
• A background in hospitality reservation systems combined with excellent phone communication skills will set you apart
