Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician performs routine and preventative maintenance throughout the hotel to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for guests and staff. This role supports the General Manager in maintaining building systems and meeting IHG brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, lighting, and appliance repairs.
- Complete work orders promptly and document all repairs.
- Conduct preventative maintenance (PM) on guestrooms and public areas.
- Inspect HVAC, boilers, water heaters, and life-safety systems.
- Maintain exterior areas including sidewalks, parking lot, and lighting.
- Perform snow removal and salting as needed.
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls.
- Maintain an organized maintenance shop and inventory.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or property maintenance experience preferred.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work independently.
- Valid driver's license required.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
