What you'll do:
As a member of our yard team, you will be responsible for moving boats around the property.
Responsibilities:
- Move boats and trailers throughout the marina grounds
- Launch and retrieve customer boats from dock slips/ personal docks
- Transport boats to and from service bays
- Maintain a clean and organized yard
Qualifications:
- Ability to operate various yard equipment
- Experience with the operation of powerboats ranging in 17ft to 30ft
- Experienced boat operator with valid Boaters Certificate
- Experience hauling trailers of various sizes
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Clean driving records
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed, particularly during peak boating seasons.
- Be passionate about producing the highest quality of work; understand the impact of enthusiastic, sincere service
- Good work ethic with ability to take direction, learn, and deliver excellent results
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
