Machine Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift | $23–$27/hr | Midlothian, VA
A growing precision manufacturer in Midlothian, VA is hiring full-time Machine Operators for both first and second shift. This is a stable, long-term opportunity with a family-owned company in the middle of a major facility expansion.
Shifts Available
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Responsibilities
Set up and operate metal forming equipment to produce quality parts
Use blueprints and router information to configure tooling and machinery
Perform daily preventative maintenance tasks
Participate in continuous improvement activities focused on safety, quality, and productivity
Requirements
Experience with mechanical equipment in a manufacturing or production setting
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures
Basic math skills including fractions and decimals
High school diploma or GED
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
