We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Oracle EPM Administrator.

Location: Hybrid Remote Position - Within Los Angeles County.

What you will do:

• Full technical administration ownership of Cetera’s Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system.
• In addition to day-to-day system maintenance, design, engineer, review, and validate all financial systems data in Oracle EPM Cloud environment. 
• Responsible for coordinating initiation, review, validation, and implementation of monthly updates for Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud Module. 
• Lead User Acceptance Testing processes for all required system changes in Oracle EPM before implementing into production environment. 
• Develop proper setup of Oracle metadata and hierarchies to enable financial planning and analysis (FP&A) management reporting. 
• Create, store, and archive various metadata versions of Oracle amounts into our required scenarios (i.e., Actuals, Plan, Forecast). 
• Utilize Oracle Cloud Services for proper security setup of all user application roles in EPM Domain. 
• Brainstorm and execute technical upgrades to system logic including business rules, calculations, and data load workbench processes (import, validate, export, check). 
• Lead nightly financial data integration between Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Enterprise Planning Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) system (monitor, review, and validate data), and Financial Consolidation and Closed Cloud (FCCS) service. 
• Provide technical support for Work Force Planning (WFP) of all system integration with Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) module. 
• Technical leader for all Excel SmartView enabled Oracle EPM user setup and reporting efforts.

What you will need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
• Five (5) years of progressive experience in the position offered, as a Lead EPM Consultant, Sr. EPM Consultant, EPM Support Analyst or related occupation.
• Must have experience with the following:
  • Five (5) years of experience in Structured Query Language (SQL) and with data extraction, transformation, and loading processes;
  • Technical knowledge and capabilities around Oracle EPM cloud environment;
  • Implementation or administration of a large Financial Planning System;
  • Managing partnerships with consulting firms (e.g., PricewaterhouseCoopers) for Oracle-related projects;
  • Scripting languages to develop, modify, test, and deploy EPBCS-related business rules, calculations, and reports;
  • Ensuring data quality and consistency across Oracle EPBCS and Oracle ERP systems by implementing data validation techniques and data governance policies;
  • Optimizing and tuning Data Warehouse performance for faster query execution, data processing, and report generation;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of data integration tools and techniques, particularly for integrating EPBCS with on-premise or cloud ERP systems; and

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Batch Submission Optimization (BSO) for hybrid planning and reporting.

    Any and all experience may be gained concurrently.

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $141,000 - $181,000, plus competitive performance-based bonus. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. Compensation ranges may differ in differing locations due to cost of labor considerations.
