Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate to support our world-class Sales team. 

  • Support the sales organization by improving efficiency, providing resources, and ensuring alignment between sales processes and business objectives
  • Maintain accurate data in records in Salesforce, add notes and files to records
  • Generate and distribute sales reports; collect and collate data for reports using MS Power BI, Transparency Plus and Salesforce
  • Provide internal support for sales documentation and processes
  • Use Wiza, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator to help find leads
  • Assist with planning and analysis of local sales events
  • Recommend improvement efficiencies for sales processes
  • Organize and process various orders for materials, gifts, and documents  
  • Work with colleagues in Marketing, Finance, Trading and New Accounts as well as sales reps to create and send important client reports
  • Attend and take notes in client meetings and post to Salesforce
  • Projects as assigned 

Qualifications

  • BA or BS degree
  • 2 years’ experience in sales support, operations or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability and follow-through in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Proficiency in MS office tools (especially Excel) and Power BI (preferred)
  • Experience with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Ability to analyze data and ensure reports are accurate and make sense

  • The current pay range for this role is currently $66,000 to $80,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule.  The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, and internal guidelines.
  • This role will also be eligible to participate in Tradeweb’s discretionary bonus program. 
  • This role is expected to remain open until 4/1/26.
