The Role

Candex is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruitment across GTM/customer-facing, and G&A functions. In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent aligned with Candex's growth strategy and culture. From crafting compelling job descriptions to managing sourcing, interviews, and candidate experience, you'll play a key role in shaping our global team.

This position reports to the Global Talent Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and align on selection criteria and team dynamics.
  • Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing across professional and social platforms.
  • Manage job postings across multiple channels, including the company Linkedin page and internal referral programs.
  • Screen profiles and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and communication across hiring teams.
  • Ensure a smooth and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate notes in our ATS platform.
  • Support hiring managers in decision-making by providing clear candidate assessments and leveraging team feedback effectively.
  • Draft and extend offers.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in recruitment for a later stage SaaS/technical start-up.
  • Experience recruiting for Go-to-Market and G&A positions.
  • Familiarity with various professional recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Ashby, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
