Cancoil is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments while supporting warehouse and manufacturing operations.
As part of the role, you will be required to:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Prepare, package, and ship finished products according to customer and carrier requirements.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics personnel to ensure timely material movement.
- Apply shipping labels, prepare bills of lading, and complete required documentation.
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas.
- Follow all company safety policies and maintain a clean, orderly work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
- Forklift experience and certification are an asset.
- Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
