On the job training is provided, and tasks may vary depending on skill level and production needs. Typically, most of our Material Handlers are Building, or Circuiting.
Day to day, you will be part of a team; reading blueprints and diagrams, locating the necessary materials, physically assembling parts by threading hollow tubes through components, and/or using small hand tools to assemble various parts of the Coil.
This position requires candidates to be adaptable, safety-conscious, and ready to contribute effectively within a manufacturing setting. Prior experience with manufacturing is highly valued for success in this role.
As part of the role, you will be required to:
- Maintain a level of fitness consistent with manufacturing work- many areas in the plant require an ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver heavy objects
- Learn how to read a tape measure and read exact measurements in inches
- Learn to interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
- Stand and sit for the duration of your shift
- Follow detailed instructions
- Adhere to all Health and Safety policies
Entry level roles begin at $25.48/hr !
Pay: From $25.48 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
