Looking for a full time Orthodontic Assistant to join our amazing team. Orthodontic experience is preferred, but not required. Must have a MA Dental Assisting License. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player.ResponsibilitiesAssist orthodontists during patient examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.Take X-rays as needed, adhering to safety protocols.Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions.Operate 3D scanners for imaging and assist in creating orthodontic appliances.Ensure compliance with infection control protocols.Collaborate with the dental team to provide high-quality care and improve patient experiences.QualificationsMA Dental Assisting LicensePrevious experience as an orthodontic assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
