Compare customer requirements against product datasheets, standard specifications, existing certifications, and factory capabilities, and identify any gaps
Record each finding in a structured review log for the manager’s review and decision
Track open contract items through the negotiation, keep versions organized, and confirm that agreed changes appear in the final contract
Gather input from other departments when a contract requirement needs a technical answer
Certification Coordination
Act as the day-to-day contact with certification bodies and test labs for product certification projects
Prepare and submit application packages, documentation, and technical submittals
Follow up regularly on project status, open questions, and outstanding items, and escalate delays as needed
Maintain the certification tracking log
Request and compare quotes from labs and service providers, and support lab selection
Organize certification records and provide certificates and supporting documents for audits and customer requests

Comfortable reading dense contract and technical language and summarizing the key issues clearly and concisely

High attention to detail and well-organized record keeping
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in Excel and Word; experience maintaining trackers or logs
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a technical field, or business
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with contract review or customer requirements review in a quality role
