Responsibilities:
- Greet, serve, and acknowledge guests in a friendly and polite manner.
- Be prepared to review features or to answer any questions regarding features.
- Use suggestive selling techniques to upsell items to guests.
- Ensure menu items are accurate and presentable.
- Clear tables after guests have left.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Restaurant serving experience would be an asset.
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling purposes.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently recognize and resolve issues and concerns.
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional service.
