- Ensure the safety and satisfaction of water park guests and assist with guest service, aquatic programs, and pool operation as well as general shift supervision and related duties as assigned.
- Provide a positive atmosphere.
- Attend to guests needs and requests.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations.
- Friendly and approachable with great customer service attitude.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
