Service Plumbing Technician – $30–$40/hr Commission

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and service residential plumbing systems
- Handle water heaters, fixtures, leak repairs, drain issues, and more
- Present repair and replacement options to homeowners
- Maintain strong average tickets (training provided)
- Deliver professional, high-quality service
- Participate in ongoing paid training
You won’t be chasing work.
You’ll be running real service calls with real opportunity.
Compensation
- $30–$40 per hour base pay (DOE)
- Commission structure after hourly thresholds are met
- Top techs earning $120,000 annually
- Average tech earning $90,000

What We’re Looking For
- 2 years residential plumbing service experience
- Strong diagnostic skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Willingness to pass background check and drug test

- Professional and customer-focused
