Pay Range: $70,000–$100,000 per year (Depends on Experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own and lead the entire recruiting process, from job postings to onboarding
- Partner with department leaders to define role needs and ideal candidate profiles
- Write authentic, engaging job ads that reflect our values and culture
- Manage job boards, social media recruiting, and candidate pipelines
- Track and report key recruiting and HR metrics
- Serve as a culture ambassador—ensuring every candidate and team member feels seen, supported, and aligned
- Help manage onboarding, training, and performance systems

Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of recruiting experience; skilled trades recruiting experience is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a professional demeanor
