Are you looking to grow your career with an industry leader in energy-efficient insulation and building materials? This nationwide distributor, recognized as a Great Place to Work, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Ukrainian/English) for its Puyallup branch.
You’ll serve as a primary customer contact, providing order support, product information, and exceptional service. You’ll work closely with Outside Sales, Inside Sales, Production, Credit, Purchasing, Dispatch, and Delivery to support the order-fulfillment process.
Compensation: $24/hr
Availability: The schedule is Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Though the schedule is consistent, your flexibility is both appreciated and necessary to meet the demands of the business. (This will include the occasional Saturday for inventory participation).
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and answer product, pricing, and delivery questions.
- Build positive customer relationships and provide responsive service.
- Prepare quotes, maintain customer accounts, and support the field sales team.
- Coordinate with dispatch, credit, purchasing, production, and delivery.
- Enter and maintain information in the inventory and sales system.
- Process purchase orders and reconcile completed orders and invoices.
- Schedule deliveries and order and track special-order items.
- Research and resolve customer or order-related issues.
- Occasionally visit field locations to support customer-service initiatives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Ukrainian
- Previous customer service experience is required.
- Experience in construction, building materials, distribution, or retail is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.
- A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
