Pay Rate
USD $85,000.00 - USD $105,000.00 /Yr.Available Benefits for All Employees

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple school accounts in a designated geographic area in compliance with policies and regulations.
- Lead custodial and laundry teams (if applicable) to meet quality, safety, and customer service standards.
- Maintain accurate records of income, expenditures, personnel, supplies, and equipment.
- Provide and document training for all employees in the assigned area.
- Perform custodial and floor technician duties when necessary.
- Review reports, approve payroll, manage corrective actions, and assist with open enrollment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in management or related field (preferred); high school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3 years of multi-site experience, preferably in healthcare or school environments, with supervisory experience.
- Specialized training in custodial and laundry equipment operation is desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage budgets and grow accounts.
- Professional and positive relationship-building skills with staff and school executives.
- Proven success in P&L and budget management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a track record of growing accounts.
- Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
- Must be able to work around cleaning products.
- Must be able to travel (up to 75%) for account visits and activities, with a willingness to relocate if necessary.
- Valid driver's license.
