We are hiring an experienced Dental Office Manager who wants to work in a state-of-art growing practice. Campus Dental is a single doctor, privately owned and operated family friendly practice. Responsibilities:
- Achieve revenue goals by effectively managing patient scheduling, staff productivity, collections, specialty referral process.
- Increase and stimulate new patient growth by supporting marketing and promotional programs
- Lead by example to directly supervise and develop non-clinical office teams including performance feedback and annual appraisals
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and timely including financial reviews, end of day reporting, staff payroll, and accounts receivable reports
- Ensure the practice is in compliance by maintaining the appropriate patient documentation
- Continually build and sustain a joined leadership environment with clinical and non-clinical team
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns in timely manner
- Assure office’s compliance with federal and state regulations
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field or four (4) years of equivalent experience can be substituted for a degree
- Minimum of two (2) years’ dental industry management experience is Required.
- Must take ownership and act with a sense of urgency providing solutions to resolve issues
- Strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office products, and the ability to learn new programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment possessing excellent interpersonal and organizational skills establishing positive relationships to develop and lead an engaged, productive team
- Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to form great relationships with the office team
- Commitment to providing exceptional service.
