Responsible for leading and coordinating control panel production projects from initiation to delivery. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers, engineering, and production teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

- Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements for control panel builds.
- Deltek: Report on all project statuses to ensure that proper project management principles are being followed and sound project financials are met. Provide weekly Deltek reports, coordinate and verify revenue generation, submit and validate project invoices and payments.
- Customer Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, managing expectations, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, procurement, and production teams to align project goals and resolve issues.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all project documentation, drawings, and specifications are accurate and compliant with industry standards (e.g., UL508A).
- Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, track costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Scheduling: Coordinate production schedules to meet delivery deadlines and optimize shop capacity.
- Reporting: Provide regular status updates to leadership and maintain accurate project records.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Associate's Degree or Technical Degree required.
- 2-5 years’ experience.
- Basic knowledge of construction, industry codes and standards ASME/ANSI/API/NFPA/CSA codes (ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, 49 CFR 192 & 195) preferred but not required.
