Our team is expanding, and we’re looking for a driven EIC Engineer to join our growing Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls group. If you enjoy owning projects end-to-end, solving complex engineering challenges, and working directly with clients and production teams—this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
What You’ll Do
As an EIC Engineer, you’ll take the lead on electrical scopes across exciting projects—from concept through commissioning:
- Own and coordinate electrical engineering efforts across projects
- Lead design and execution of power, control, and automation systems
- Develop key deliverables (I/O lists, loop diagrams, wiring diagrams, SLDs, ETAP models, layouts, and more)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients
- Support equipment specs, RFQs, and contractor scopes of work
- Design, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical control systems
- Get hands-on with PLC and HMI programming
- Play a key role in shop and site commissioning activities
What You Bring
- B.S. in Engineering (ABET preferred)
- 7 years of progressive experience in electrical, controls, or automation engineering
- PE license preferred (or ability to obtain within 1 year)
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and automation
- A proactive mindset with the ability to lead, decide, and deliver
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
