What You’ll Do
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial customer contact to final delivery
- Sell RVs while delivering a strong customer experience
- Consistently follow up on leads and maintain a high closing ratio
- Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Contribute to a results-focused team environment and help elevate overall performance
Growth Opportunity – Finance Training
- Receive hands-on training in RV financing and deal structuring
- Learn how to present financing options, warranties, and protection plans
- Develop skills that can lead to a future role in Finance (F&I)
Work Expectations
- Full-time schedule, including a 6-day work week

Qualifications
- Previous sales experience required (RV, automotive, or high-ticket sales preferred)
