Role Description
Campfire Hotel is seeking a reliable, confident, guest-focused Night Operations Supervisor to support evening operations, guest experience, property safety, and nightly close-down procedures. This position works closely with the Front Desk, Bar, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams and reports to the Campfire Management Team.
Qualifications
• Assist Front Desk with check-ins, check-outs, guest questions, and service needs
• Perform quick in-room repairs (TV/Wi-Fi resets, battery changes)
• Conduct regular property patrols (pool, fire pits, hallways, parking lot)
• Ensure only registered guests are using amenities
• Address noise complaints and safety concerns professionally
• Deliver towels, linens, and amenities to guest rooms
• Support event setup, monitoring, and breakdown
• Close the pool, fire pits, and outdoor areas at scheduled times
• Empty recycling cans nightly to reduce trespassing issues
• Restock Housekeeping closets and Front Desk supplies
• Support Night Audit with late night guest needs
• Document nightly incidents and communicate to management
• Assist weekly with inventory counts and supply ordering
