Campers Inn RV is looking for a Service and Parts Manager! This role performs service duties and supervises and coordinates activities of workers to ensure that all upkeep, inventory and repair of grounds and buildings of the property is completed in an efficient manner.

This is a safety sensitive positionDirectly supervises and manages one or more Service/Parts Department employeesEnsures a positive customer service experienceResponsible for the operations and profitability of the service departmentSpecifically responsible for maintaining MSDS sheetsResponsible to maintain all autos, golf carts, tractors, and all other machinery owned by the companyResponsible for the inventory, ordering and delivery of all necessary supplies and equipment for the service departmentResponsible for insuring OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safetyPolicies are complied with at all timesAnalyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problemsResponsible for courteous, efficient response at all timesResponsible for thorough knowledge of management company policiesQualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is requiredLicense & Certifications:Valid driver’s license and good driving record is preferredExperience:Minimum of two years’ experience in an automotive or RV service department is preferredAbilities: Ability to read and comprehend instructions and informationExcellent communication and managerial skills Ability to operate the department profitably within dealership guidelines Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations that affect the daily operations of the organizationAbility to use a computer and other office equipmentProficient with MS OfficeKnowledge of or ability to learn company system applications, such as Motility Systems2K, and other software as applicableAbility to safely handle solvents and chemicalsAbility to navigate occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts; high, places; and fumes or airborne particlesAbility to tolerate moderate noise levelsAbility to bend or sit for long periods of timeAbility to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 poundsCamper’s Inn RV is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
