RV Service Technician (Mobile) – Experienced Only
Austin, TX (Service Area: Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Liberty Hill)
$50,000 – $70,000/year performance incentives

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair RV systems in the field (customer location)
- Work on:
- Air conditioning systems (Coleman, Dometic, Furrion, etc.)
- Electrical (12V & 120V)
- Plumbing & water systems
- Appliances (fridge, water heater, furnace)
- Roof systems (including sealants and leak repair)
- Clearly explain issues and solutions to customers
- Complete jobs efficiently and document work in our system
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- 3 years RV repair experience (dealership or mobile)
- Strong diagnostic ability (not just part replacement)
- Experience with major RV systems & appliances
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Preferred:
- NRVTA certification (or similar)
- Experience working independently in the field
- Strong communication skills with customers
Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000 – $70,000/year (based on experience and performance)
