Our company is in need of friendly, responsible and efficient Customer Service Representatives. Our staff assists customers in several ways, including operating a tanning salon, operating a pick up/drop off drycleaning center and maintaining the cleanliness of our popular and busy laundromats (also assisting customers with questions on our services/machines).
The ideal candidate enjoys visiting with the public, can handle cleaning tasks and has the ability to quickly solve customer issues. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong work ethic and be capable of working independently. This is a perfect opportunity for the successful candidate to have a very stable job that always offers flexibility around school class schedules (for those that prefer part-time).
Responsibilities:
- Check in tanning guests/clean rooms & beds/salon laundry
- Accept and hand out dry cleaning orders (mark in new orders)
- Greet customers, be welcoming and helpful.
- Tend to the cleaning of our well-maintained, modern laundromat so everyone has a super experience. Wipe down washers, take care of floors, tend to outside areas, etc.
- Assist customers with issues and take appropriate notes for management.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $28,000.00 - $33,280.00 per year
