The Pool Attendant/Contractor Compliance Officer is
responsible for overseeing the safe and orderly use of the pool facilities and
ensuring that all contractors working on-site comply with community or
organizational policies, safety regulations, and contractual obligations. This
dual-role position plays a critical part in maintaining a clean, secure, and
compliant environment for residents, guests, and workers.
Key Responsibilities:
Pool Attendant Duties:
- Monitor pool area to ensure resident
and guest safety.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations
courteously and effectively.
- Inspect pool and surrounding areas
for cleanliness and hazards; report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain pool supplies (e.g.,
towels, signage) and assist with setup and breakdown of pool furniture.
- Provide friendly customer service to
residents and guests.
- Ensure compliance with health and
safety regulations, including occupancy limits.
Contractor Compliance Duties:
- Monitor contractor activity to
ensure compliance with site-specific rules and safety procedures.
- Conduct spot checks and document any
violations of policies or safety breaches.
- Coordinate with Property Manager to
resolve contractor issues or non-compliance.
- Must be able to work holidays
Part-Time Sat & Sun 10am-4pm
Pay Rate: Up to $22 DOE
