What are the responsibilities and job description for the P/T Maintenance position at Campbell Property Management?
Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee and ensure preventative maintenance programs (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Daily upkeep of the common grounds and appearance of the property.
- Address work orders assigned in a timely fashion.
- Projects may include painting, light electrical, light plumbing, power washing, drywall, setups/breakdowns of rooms, light janitorial and Hurricane preparedness of clubhouse and pool deck.
- Works with Property Manager to determine supply and equipment needs. Available as needed to pick up supplies and inventory items from approved vendors.
- Responsible for overall organization and cleanliness of work areas.
Part-Time 20 hours a week 8am – 12pm must be able to work either Saturday or Sunday
Salary: Up to $20 DOE
