Overnight Concierge

The Concierge handles providing assistance to the Owners, residents and their guests along with aiding in the protection of the buildings' assets. Each day is unique, requiring an ability to prioritize, multitask, think creatively, take initiative and employ a diverse set of skills. You will be hired because you bring positive energy to each conversation, resolve issues efficiently and make everyone feel welcome and appreciated.

• Ensure personal appearance are clean and professional
  
• Use discretion and maintain confidentiality of Owners proprietary information
  
• Develop and maintain a positive working relationship and support team to reach common goals
  
• Offer warm, sincere and personalized welcomes to all patrons
  
• Maintain a clean, neat and organized desk and work environment
  
• Monitors and controls Electronic Security Control Systems.
  
• Monitors and controls access to the building.
  
• Maintains daily log, records and forms.
  
• Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s).
